Kind of a lost week at the ol' blog...

I spent an hour typing up a piece looking back on something I wrote in July about Garrett Jones. Not my best work or anything, but I thought it was kind of interesting. Got it all ready to go, clicked the little button to publish...and the site crashed. So...look for a recreation of that tomorrow or something.

Out of time to write anything new. Lar had a great piece yesterday on Veterans' Day. The Common Man made a stunning return to blogging with this piece, which isn't really about baseball but is interesting anyway. Chase Utley got robbed of a Gold Glove yet again. And the M's are bringing Griffey back again, which is nice and kind of makes me happy on a personal level, but is really pretty silly and problematic.

Read and enjoy. I'll be back tomorrow and I'll start training myself to hit Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C before posting...
