I spent the day on Sunday:

(a) singing Handel's Messiah;

(b) driving from Chicago to St. Paul; and

(c) watching the second half of a truly disgusting Vikings performance.

Not a lot to say on the baseball front after all that.

Except: no, Sooze, Zduriencik did not "crap the bed" with the Bradley trade. I guess that's the problem with being a GM who evidently does nothing but work miracles; when you make a move that's not particularly miraculous but is simply a very, very smart baseball move, it seems pretty underwhelming.

Off to think about what brilliant thing I'm going to write for tomorrow.
